Shenyang of Liaoning province will introduce 200 "genderless", or family friendly,

 toilets in public venues for parents who accompany their children.

This will allow parents to take their children to the toilet in parks, supermarkets, 

subways and exhibition centers, according to the Shenyang Evening News.

The government will make sure the toilets are included in infrastructure plans.
