A Shenyang promotional video that is broadcast on the big screen in Times Square,

 New York, has recently become a hot topic on the Internet, Shenyang Evening News 

reported.

The video, titled Welcome to Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province, started to be 

broadcast on Dec 20 and will continue for a year, the newspaper said. 

The video showcases Shenyang's history, culture, scenic spots, urban construction, 

social and economic development, food, investment climate, facilities and the local 

people's hospitality.
