Ski resorts in Shenyang, Northeast China’s Liaoning province, have recently opened for business again, marking the start of the new skiing season.

Shenyang is becoming more popular as a skiing destination due to its abundant snow, improved facilities and convenient transportation links with the rest of the country.

Dongbeiya Ski Resort in Shenyang was one of the first to welcome tourists for the new ski season, on Nov 24.
